Our Universe Might Be Trapped Inside An Enormous Black Hole!

Our Universe Might Be Trapped Inside An Enormous Black Hole!

For almost a century, the Big Bang theory has been bandied as the ultimate theory that describes the origin of the universe. The universe, as we know by it, was created in a massive explosion that created the majority of the matter which our physical laws abide by. Scientists believe that our galaxy, the Milky Way, came into existence billions of years ago, following the Big Bang and that the already-vast universe is an ever-expanding cosmos.

Now, a recent breakthrough states that black holes also have the singularity trait in common with the universe. The new study conducted by a team of progressive astrophysicists at Canada’s University of Waterloo has mentioned that the universe exists farther from the horizon of a huge black hole with higher dimensions, and it might have been present in the cosmos right from the very beginning of time.
By higher dimensions, the latest theory proposes that we might be living in four-dimensional, formed by the break down of a gigantic five-dimensional star.
Another aspect of the theory is that it explores the trait of the singularity of the universe and the possibility of such a trait subsisting in the universe. Gravitational singularity or simply, singularity is a location in space time where the gravitational field of a celestial body is predicted to becomes infinite. The new theory by the scientists in Canada suggests that this feature is similar to the singularity in the centre of the black hole.

As gravitational singularity of the universe is considered in the context of general relativity as the earliest state of the universe in the Big Band theory, researchers were motivated by the idea to unify the two. Hence, they advocate that the Big Bang would be analogous to the formation of a black hole. But there is a little twist here. The two notions could be related to each other in reverse!
Laws of String theory were applied and it was estimated that the universe in which we live might just be a three dimensional world trapped inside a layer of four dimensions. The study stemmed from the findings of another previous study by former NASA scientist which stated that there could be a black hole at the centre of the Earth.

After this extraordinary theory was proposed, the scientist was of the opinion that more research on this black hole within the Earth could be a potential source of free energy.
